Training

Training consists of sessions appropriate to age and, wherever possible, skill level of the league you are playing in.

Royals Volleyball Club train in the Mount Stromlo High School gymnasium on Badimara Street, Warramanga (map below).

Newcomers who are not aware of which division they should attend, please attend a Saturday session for initial assessment.

Session times may change occasionally due to venue availability and numbers of registered members. We will keep our website and social media channels updated.

Players who play in both Open League and CVL will train in the higher-level session. Please attend the CVL Session ONLY.
