The meeting will consist of:

- President's report

- Treasurer's presentation of financial reports

- Nominations and induction of 2021 committee

Committee positions to be filled are:

- President

- Vice President

- Secretary

- Treasurer

- General committee members

An outline of the above positions can be found in the RVC Constitution.

If you are interested in nominating for any of the above positions, you can do so at the meeting. If you will not be in attendance but wish to nominate, please forward your nominations to royalsvolleyballsecretary@gmail.com prior to the AGM.

Where more than one person is nominated for a position, a secret ballot will be held. In order to vote, you must be in attendance and any members with outstanding debts to the Club will be ineligible to vote.
